I do not believe this set of parents go with this group of children. Robert would have married when he was 18 years old but did not have any children until he was 43 years which was 25 years after he married Mary Allen. Obviously either Mary Allen is not the Mother of these children or the dates are very wrong. I will have to research this before I can verify.

I find many sources which show Robert Jones & Mary Allen as the parents of several children but the dates are not possible. According to these records (at least 7 or 8 different sources report this) they were married in 1709 but did not have a child until 25 years later in 1734. I sincerely believe this skips a generation and the son of Robert Box born Abt. 1711 is the father of the children listed for Robert Box born in 1691.

Several sources also show Robert Box b:1691 as serving in the Revolutionary War. Then states he moved to Franklin Co., TN between 1799 & 1809. This would have made him between 108-110 years at the time. I need some proof on this. Source also shows he moved to Nacogdoches Co., TX in 1850.
Not possible. He would have been 159 years old.

I feel there are two generations of Box's here which need to be researched again and put back on the track. A lot of this information should be Robert Box, Sr and Robert Box, Jr. It is for sure it does not go with Robert Box born 1691.
